How is this calculated?

The likely value uses the first completed reference event: 109 of 123 speakers uploaded 202 materials and 215 stored versions, using 5.7 MB per uploader on average. The ceiling assumes every speaker fills every section and every retained version with a file at your selected limit. It is a safety bound, not a prediction. This calculator covers uploaded files and version history; generated previews, download ZIPs and backups are operational overhead.
