Can I try before paying?
Yes. Explore the Example Demo, then request a supported pilot for one event.
What happens to my conference after the event ends?
The organizer chooses whether materials remain available or are removed. Set the plan in Conference settings; the Plenumos team can see it and will confirm removal timing before taking action. Deleted data may remain in protected backups for up to 14 days.
Why is ongoing pricing not fixed yet?
Plenumos is in an early pilot phase. We want to learn the real support and storage needs before promising a plan that does not fit organizers.
Is there a discount for academic institutions?
The first selected pilot is free. If the workflow helps, we agree a proportionate price for later events.
