Upload deadline?

What happens? When the deadline is on, speakers can upload and replace files only until the selected Warsaw date/time. After that, uploads are closed.

Date only = EOD If you leave time empty, the deadline is set to the end of that day: 23:59 Europe/Warsaw.

No upload deadline. Deadline must be in the future and no later than the conference start date.

Speaker access mode

Sessions?

What happens? When sessions are on, speakers can be assigned to named sessions. A session title is enough; dates and times are optional.

Add scheduling details only when they are useful. If you enter a time, choose its date as well.

Remove

Speaker numbering Number globally, restart from 1 in every session, or hide numbers.

Conference language Interface, speaker workspace and all conference emails.

Speaker document sections

Default slots These names appear on every speaker upload page, for example "Intro slide" or "Presentation".

Allow custom document sections When off, new uploads must use one of the configured names. Existing documents can still receive new versions.

Common choices: pdf, pptx, ppt, png, jpg and jpeg.

03 Speaker emails & invitationsCollect addresses, send upload links and follow up

Collect speaker emailsStore addresses so Plenumos can deliver private upload invitations and reminders.

Send the conference starts

Only speakers with a collected email and no uploaded file are contacted. Each speaker receives the correct private, password-free link once.

Without an upload deadline, the reminder is sent at 09:00 Europe/Warsaw on the selected day.

From collected email to uploaded files Collect speaker email addresses, send one invitation or all missing invitations in one action, resend a message as a reminder, and see who has already been contacted. Every email includes the correct private upload link.

Speaker access

Manage how speakers reach their protected upload workspace.

One shared conference password is active for all speakers.

No conference password is set. Public upload access is disabled; set a password before sharing upload access.

Conference visibility

Choose who can find the conference page. The emergency lock blocks every non-organizer access path.
