Free does not mean stripped down. Every organizer gets the controls needed to collect, verify and export final materials.
Set a Warsaw-time deadline. Uploads and file changes close automatically.
Use private speaker links, shared access or a read-only public view.
Choose file formats and limits for documents, versions and file size.
Organize sessions, speaker order, numbering and required document sections.
Send upload links, remind speakers without files and review delivery status.
Download current materials as ZIP files and choose what happens after the event.
